Ministry of Natural Resources

Supply? Yes  - MNR has some sandbags (no sand) which can be made available to Municipalities

Locations:  Municipalities

Cost: Maybe -  MNR is supposed to be compensated for the sandbags it provides to the municipality. MNR supplies can be replaced later.

Supply to specific groups?  MNR provision to municipality for distribution.

Other comment: The County also keeps a supply of sandbags on hand for emergency use.

Renfrew Power Generation

Supply? No

Other comment:  Identify known low lying areas and owners who have had issue with high water events in the past.  This will aid in where the sandbag materials will be located.

Round Lake Property Owners Association

Supply? No

Notification/warning: Wendy said she will get together with Janice to identify at risk properties and make a plan for communicating with them.

Golden Lake Property Owners Association

Supply? No, but we can help coordinate the effort and give guidance to those needing sandbags.

Notification/warning: We will work to identify vulnerable properties and ideally notify each one by email.
